What do we mean by Website Optimisation?
We do this by firstly looking through your site and making changes that our experience has shown makes a difference. The obvious example of this is ensuring that we have clear Call to Actions telling the visitor exactly what we want them to do on our website.
We can then use programs like heat mapping and visitor recordings to see how people are interacting with your website. This will often identify areas where visitors don't act the way you expected.
Once we have completed all the obvious improvements, we then start creating alternate landing pages (different content, headings, call to actions, pictures etc) and split test them. So rather than relying on our opinion (which can be fallible), we know exactly what page visitors actually prefer.

Should you bother with Website Optimisation?
Definitely yes! Why waste your time and money getting your website on the front page of Google and chasing traffic to your site if the majority them either bounce straight off or don't convert? We would argue that this needs to be worked on in conjunction with your Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Strategies.
